AI Insights for sales managers

Start the day knowing what changed and who to call

WyzeSales reads your sales every night and writes it up in plain English: what moved against last year, and which customers and products need your attention, each with a suggested next step. Two buttons on your Dashboard. No reports to build.

WyzeSales What changed briefing: a plain-English summary of the month against last year, three figures for September sales, the last two months together and customers who bought, then who is ahead and behind, a worth-checking note, and a bar chart of the biggest movers

From a screen full of numbers to a short list of things to do

WyzeSales does the reading for you, from the sales already in your ERP.

1

Open your Dashboard

Press What changed for a short briefing, or Needs attention for a prioritised list of customers and products to look at.

2

Read it in plain English

The briefing sets last month against the same month last year, and names the customers who are behind and the ones who are ahead. The list says what is happening with each customer or product and suggests what to do next.

3

Act, then tick it off

Mark an item Done when you have dealt with it, or Defer it until later. Either way it steps out of the list, so what is left is what still needs you.

Frequently asked questions

What is AI Insights?
AI Insights is two buttons on your WyzeSales Dashboard. What changed gives you a short plain-English briefing of how last month compares with the same month last year, and who is behind or ahead. Needs attention lists the customers and products that need a call, each with a suggested next step.
Is it available for my company?
AI Insights is available on request and is switched on company by company. Get in touch and we will set it up for your business.
Will everyone see the same thing?
No. A sales person sees their own customers, and an administrator sees the whole company. Marking an item Done or Deferred is shared across the company, so two people are not chasing the same thing.
What do Done and Defer do?
Done means you have dealt with it, and the item stays out of the list for 45 days. Defer means not now, and the item comes back after 15 days. Either way you can bring it back at any time.
How often is it updated?
Your ERP data is synced every night, and the write-ups are refreshed when your figures change, so they are ready when you open the Dashboard.
Will it work with my ERP?
WyzeSales is built to work with any ERP or accounting system. Tell us what you run and we will confirm how it connects.
